For added security, Zoom has the ability to add Meeting Room passwords

Step-by-step guide

Below is a list of Password options that can be enabled for your meeting rooms

  1. Authenticated Users - Must be signed in with SCASD Google Account.
  2. Scheduling New Meetings - New Scheduled meetings will require a password.
  3. Instant Meetings - All Instant Meetings will require password.
  4. Personal Meeting ID - If you are using your PMI for meetings it will require a password.
  5. Embed Password - Password will be embedded within the share link.
  6. Phone Participant Password - A numeric password will be created that the caller will have to enter.
